The eKnowledgebank Affiliate program is designed to allow organisations or individuals who have subscribed to and who use the eKnowledgebank system or organisations or individuals who are keen to develop an Internet related business, to sell eKnowledgebank to other organisations.

In this way many other businesses and organisations will get the chance to benefit from the additional and more effective training that eKnowledgebank provides.

The benefit to the eKnowledgebank Affiliate is the ability to help others while at the same time to earn additional revenue from the sales and renewals commissions.

Eligibility

To be an Affiliate you must apply and be duly appointed. To be considered as an Affiliate, an organisations or an individual must be:

1. An organisation or individual with a current eKnowledgebank Licence.

2. An individual or business with a proven track record in marketing, selling and customer servicing, preferably but not necessarily in a service or software related industry.

3. An organisation or individual seriously interested in promoting online learning.

Responsibilities

In brief, the responsibilities of an Affiliate include:

1. Marketing the eKnowledgebank system to relevant markets

2. Demonstrating eKnowledgebank and making sales of the eKnowledgebank system to qualified prospects

3. Servicing the eKnowledgebank customer

4. Acting on the best interests of eKnowledgebank customers and the eKnowledgebank company

Affiliate Commission

Affiliate commissions are paid at a rate which is dependent on the effort put into the sale by the Affiliate.

Un Assisted Sale

Condition	Commission Due	When Paid
Affiliate makes a sale of eKnowledgebank: 1. Without having another Affiliate or a person from eKnowledgebank physically attend sales calls or conducting demonstrations etc, 2. Registers the new eKnowledgebank organisation 3. Ensures payment is made to eKnowledgebank NOTE: In situations where Affiliate has requested eKnowledgebank to contact prospect by phone, fax, email for sales support, this still constitutes an un assisted sale	30% of fees received by eKnowledgebank	Paid into Affiliates nominated bank account within 14 days of money being cleared into eKnowledgebank’s account

Assisted Sale

Condition	Commission Due	When Paid
Affiliate makes a sale of eKnowledgebank: 1. Having another Affiliate or a person from eKnowledgebank physically attend one or more sales calls, demonstrations etc.	15% of fees received by eKnowledgebank	Paid into Affiliates nominated bank account within 14 days of money being cleared into eKnowledgebank’s account

Renewal of Licence

Condition	Commission Due	When Paid
Affiliate must have made an agreed number of eKnowledgebank sales (as specified in the Affiliate Agreement) within the last 12 months from this renewal date NOTE: The renewal process and follow up of receipt of fees will be done by eKnowledgebank. The Affiliate may be called upon to contact the eKnowledgebank registered entity being renewed to ensure payment is remitted.	15% of renewal fees received by eKnowledgebank	Paid into Affiliates nominated bank account within 14 days of money being cleared into eKnowledgebank’s account
