 Providing Authors with powerful and simple to use tools to rapidly create

effective Online Learning Programs

 

Content Management:
The Content Management Module is available only to authorized eKnowledgebank Administrators duly appointed by the Company. This module caters for the creation and maintenance of Online Learning Programs and Assessments through the following functions:
 
Authors can create as many programs as they want
 
 
Programs can be long or short
 
 
Programs can include text, images, audio, video, flash, downloads such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF etc
 
 
 
View Program Contents:
Exports a CSV file of pages visited by user by program

Add:
Allows for the creation of a new Program
 
Insert:
Inserts a new line in Table of Contents
Edit:
Edit a specific page to add or change content and include images, videos, audios, assessments.

Preview:
Preview a page as it will appear on the Online Learning Program.

Update:
Update a line within the Table of Contents to change description etc
 
Import:
Import images, audio and video files, Excel, PowerPoint, Word PDF’s etc ready to insert into pages
 
Activate:
Activate a line of the Table of Contents so it will be displayed in the Program.

Deactivate:
Deactivate a line of the Table of Contents so it will not be displayed in the Program.

View / Edit Assessments:
Allows the creation and maintenance of Online Assessments.
