Their main functions are to control who gets access to each function within eKnowledgebank, register Users and assign Programs to Users, provide performance and management reports to appropriate managers.
They also assign the Authors who can develop Online Learning Programs and control the Authors ability to copy Programs to other companies within the organisation or to other eKnowledgebank Affiliates.
Ease of use is a key requirement for Administrator’s tasked with the responsibility of helping to protect the company’s training materials while ensuring flexibility for the various Users, Authors and Managers
