Inquiries
The Inquiry Module is available only to authorized eKnowledgebank Administrators duly appointed by the Company. This module provides a series of Inquiries that report on the performance of Users.

A series of Standard Inquiries are provided
Additional Inquiries will be developed based on Administrator requests

Export Users Statistics:
Exports a CSV file of pages visited by user by program
|

Export Members Assessments:
Allows you to select the group of Users and downloads a CSV file containing the Assessments results for each User by Program.

Export Users Summary Assessment:
Allows you to select a group of Users and downloads a CSV file containing summary Assessments results for each User by Program.
|
|
Users Overdue:
Allows you to select a group of Users and review their individual performance by Program to see what pages and Assessments have not been completed.
You can select a particular program and then Preview the details to see what pages have and have not been visited as well as the results of each Assessment that has been taken.
