Management of Users and Assignment of Programs is quick and easy

Learner Management (Users:)
The Learner Management Module is available only to authorized eKnowledgebank Administrators duly appointed by the Company. This module caters for the creation and maintenance of User related (Learner) information through the following functions:

 Contains all of the functions associated with Users
Programs can be assigned to Individual Users or Groups of Users
User Information can be exported down to a personal computer for other purposes

Update: (Edit)
Change information related to a specific User (such as Branch)
 |
|
|
Search:
Search for a User or group of Users based on search criteria from the User record (e.g. Branch, Position, Name etc)
 |
|
|
Assign Programs:
Assign Online Learning Programs and start dates to a group of Users or individual Users

View and or assign Online Learning Programs and start dates to an individual User

Activate:
Makes a deactivated User Active and able to login in

Export Users:
Allows for the upload of many new Users from a specially formatted CSV file created in Excel

Import Users:
Allows for the upload of many new Users from a specially formatted CSV file created in Excel

Download Users:
Download the specially formatted Excel file into which new User information is entered prior to importing through the Import Users function
