So much of eKnowledgebank is intuitive and most Users, Authors and Administrators can easily navigate their way through the system. However, a number of support functions are also provided. Most support requests will be addressed through Online Help. This function will greatly assist Administrators in getting the ‘best’ from eKnowledgebank. Administrators can communicate directly through the Help Desk which is accessed from the link below or from the Contact tab. Online Help Detailed Online Help is available, designed to guide you through each process, step and screen. Just click on the Help link on a page and the Help System will open up in a new window. Separate Online Help is available for Users and for Administrators. |
